With our services and our excellent reputation in the industry, we are coming to an economically very important region with an enormously dynamic demand for personnel. Industry, traditional trade, innovative startups and numerous classic and modern media companies meet here. People here are particularly open and appreciative in their dealings with people. From my point of view, we fit in very well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tamer, please introduce yourself briefly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you look at my career, you might think I&#8217;m restless and restless. Exactly the opposite is the case. I feel like I&#8217;ve arrived in Cologne and in the HR environment. On the one hand, I&#8217;ve arrived, but on the other hand, I&#8217;m full of drive and desire to tackle many topics in a completely new way. To be able to make an important contribution to the development of companies from beautiful Cologne is, frankly, pretty cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How and where can the HR factory start at companies in NRW?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have enthusiastically followed the development of HR factory over the past few years. The success and customer response show that HR departments perceive us as an effective support and valuable partner. We will continue to pursue this consistently from Cologne. I was already enthusiastic after the first interview.
